Unable to Register DLL files

On some systems, certain DLL files fail to install (register) properly on some machines. This fix corrects this incompatibility.

This patch works for both Chart Navigator 5.0x and Offshore Navigator 5.0x

To apply this fix, download this application and save it in your Windows Desktop. Then, complete the installation of Chart/Offshore Navigator, but choose not to run Chart/Offshore Navigator. Instead, double-click the SelfReg.exe application that you downloaded. This will register the DLL files and Chart/Offshore Navigator will be properly installed and ready for use.

Alternatively, you can download the latest update for Offshore Navgator or the latest update for Chart Navgator which incorporates this fix directly in the install process.
