Chart Opening Error #1031
DISCUSSION
In Chart Navigator, Offshore Navigator and Offshore Navigator Lite, there have been cases where new charts are correctly overwriting old charts but not removing all the old files. When printing one of these charts, the following error may appear: Chart Opening Error# 1031 Reason: Edition Information differs for Chart BSB & KAP files. Here's a workaround: - Open Windows Explorer - On the C: drive, open the ChartKit folder, then open the BSBChart folder. - In the list of charts that appears, locate the asscociated chart ID number(s) that are causing the issue. - Delete the Chart#_xx.KAP file(s) for the chart(s) that aren't printing. |
