With the new update to 5.03 I am not able to adjust the speed of vessel manually in the route plan.
Any fix ? or am I doing something wrong ?

That feature was accidently "broken" when we did the 5.03 release. We're working on a 5.04 release right now (due out before the end of the year) which will have this feature working correctly again.
