While I was away for part of last week, there have been a number of posts to the various message boards. I will try to respond to each of them (if appropriate). However, this may take some time.
Remember, if you have an immediate tech support question or need, please check out the Technical Documents we have now put on line. While we will be revising and expanding these in the New Year, they contain a wealth of information.
Also, you can reach us via a direct email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We try to respond to all emails within a day or two. Of course, you can also reach us by phone, 978-792-1197. We have a system in place so that calls are almost always answered immediately, unless you happen to hit a particularly busy time. (Tip: 12-2pm EST is the worst time to call, as the tech support and customer service staff breaks for lunch.)
