The latest edition was 4.3, but these chart packages have been discontinued. You can now download them at no cost from www.freeboatingcharts.com.

Please see this link for installation instructions: http://www.maptech.com/support/doc.cfm?docid=418&plid=17&CFID=593337&CFTOKEN=56766869

Is there a software upgrade this year?
What is the best way to upgrade tides?
What is the easiest way to upgrade charts from year to year?

Hi David,

The lastest software update is v3.5.1

Tides can be ordered by clicking here and choosing Option 4.

The way you'll keep your charts updated is by following the steps laid out in this document.

Do the tides and charts need to be uploaded into both navigators or just the main?

Both Navigators, just like software updates.

I need some help here.

I purchased and received Edition 4.5 Maptech Tides and Currents Upgrade.
When disk is installed,
Window comes up WBDEP33I.DLL
DLL File not found in path. Either incorrect compile option used, or system/file setup incorrect.
Then push OK next window DLL (s) not found or created.
Push OK, locks computer.

Hi David,

I apologize for the extensive delay in response.
We just spoke on the phone and you had pointed out to me that you had posted back and I had not replied.
For some reason your posting wasn't marked for needing reply.

The issue you are having is due to a bad disc. I will be sending you out a replacement today. You should receive by the end of the week.

Please make sure you discard the disc you currently have so you don't mix them up.
