After linking from the email and downloading the .exe file to my desktop with apparent success 2 out of 6 .exe give the following error and will not load. "An error occurred while attempting to install files. Cannot read from archive. Cannot continue. (err=#12)"
Any ideas on how to overcome? The other 4 loaded perfectly.

That's an odd one. I suggest that you attempt to re-download the charts. Create a new download (using FreeBoatingCharts.com) and receive a new email.

If that doesn't work, please respond with the chart number(s) you are trying to download, along with the Download ID number.
