I purchased the US Boating Charts DVD at the end of last season and never installed it until this season I need the tide tables. I have put the DVD in three different computers and it doesn't run. I am able to view a list of files on the DVD but I can't even open readme.txt. When I try to launch setup, it tells me it is not a valid win32 application. Is there someway to get a replacement DVD or simply download the files?
