There are some steps one of us technicians can walk you through to boot the Navigator on with a legible and usable screen.
My guess is that all power has been cut from the vessel for some time.
It appears that the internal battery lost it's charge and some settings need to be adjusted.
You will need the black mini USB keyboard for this procedure.
