Can the split screen be half chart w/ zoom in view and half chart w/ zoom out view.
Can the software allow allways up and/or North up view when tracking.

Hi Per,

Yes, it is possible to do both of those things with Offshore Navigator. First you would zoom in or out to a level you would want for one of your two views. Then click in the check box at the bottom that says Link Charts. You can then choose another chart for your location that has a different scale, click Open Chart, and the software will display both charts at the same time.

In each chart window you will be able to choose whether you want it to follow your position, and whether it will orient the chart to North Up, Chart Up, or Course Up.
