I recently bought from the US a year 2005 Pershing 62 yacht which now is in Greece.
The yacht had Maptech I3 system installed.
I wish to purchase maps for meditarenean / Greece but I am not sure which maps should I buy and whether they will work on my I3.
I show in your web site you have these two products:

Mediterranean Boating Charts D... DVDRMED priced $149.95

Chart Navigator Mediterranean SWCNSMEDpriced at $299.95

Which one should I order? Will it work on my i3?

If your I3 has a DVD player you can purchase our DVD Mediterranean. If you
have a CD Drive we actually don't have any disks on CD.

If you power the i3 on on the left hand side, then you only have a CD Rom drive.
If you power the i3 on on the lower right side, then you have a DVD readable drive.

I have checked and found out I have a CD drive.
However if I plug in the USB port an external DVD in place of the CD drive will this be recognized by i3 or do I need any drivers?

My i3 has a CD ROM drive.
I bought the maps and tried with an external DVD dirve and could not make the i3 to read the maps.
Is there any workaround?
