I have tried several times to download from http://www.chartkit.com . Making the selection and check out is easy. I do get a confirmation number and email indicating I will receive another email telling me how to download the requested data. Unfortunately, I never get the follow up email. I have tried using gmail and AOL email accounts with nothing going in to spam. Anyone have an idea what is going on? I have tried email support@maptech.com with no response.
