I have tried a couple of times over the opast few days to download charts from the site. Each time after i enter in my email i get an error message that readr Job Write Failed?

Any help would be appreciated as i need a couple of charts.

I am also having no luck at downloading charts. After hitting the download charts button, I get a blank page with this url: http://www.chartkit.com/ASPX/ErrorPages/UnHandledError.aspx?aspxerrorpath=/ASPX/FreeCharts/FreeChartsCheckout.aspx. I have had no problems in the past downloading charts.
