I am purchasing a sea ray with the navigator system and I currently use offshore navigator 5.02 and digital chartkit on my home/laptop computer. Can I create routes and wpts at home and transfer them to the searay nav on board? How is this accomplished ? I have a serial and usb port on the laptop.Which setting do I use in offshore 5.02 to be able to communicate with the searay system?

Hello Ralph,

At this time, the Sea Ray Navigator system and Offshore Navigator are two seperate entities and are unable to share data other than using the same chart coverage data cds.

This may likely change as the Sea Ray product grows over time (free software update CDs are automatically sent out to all users when they are available).
