The Touch Screen does not respond to touch.

Check to see if the you can move the cursor by using the remote mouse on the dashboard, instead of by touching the screen. If not, turn the computer off by holding the power button until it shuts down, then turn the power button on again to restart and clear the system.

If the mouse can control the cursor, but the touch screen does not, use the "touch screen" button on the NavPanel (desktop with the 6 large buttons) to reset and calibrate the touch screen. If that fails, please contact our Technical Support Reps at 1-978-792-1035.
