Is there a way to send more than one waypoint at a time to a GPS?
Yes.

Using the Select tool in Chart Navigator Pro, click and drag a box over all the desired waypoints that you wish to send to the GPS. If the area is "disconnected", hold down the CTRL key as you click on each waypoint. Then, click with the right mouse button on a highlighted object, and choose 'Send to GPS.'
